The Darragh storm’s first victim has been named as beloved football coach Paul Fiddler, who was killed after a tree fell on his van.
Paul Fiddler, aged in his 40s, was seriously injured after a tree fell on his Citroen van on the A59 in Longton, Lancashire, on Saturday.
