These are: Bottle Brook in Derbyshire, Bourne Brook (Tamworth), Burton Trent, Loughborough urban watercourses and local tributaries of the River Soar, Lower Derwent in Derbyshire, Lower Dove, Lower Dove Brooks and Egginton Brook in Derbyshire and Lower Dove Brooks in Staffordshire.
The others are: the lower tributaries of the Lee, the lower River Soar in Leicestershire, the lower River Tame, the Mersey Estuary at Warrington, the Middle Avon from Rugby to Bidford, the Middle Tame, the River Amber in Derbyshire, the River Anker and the River Sence, the River Arrow and the River Alne, the River Blithe and the River Swarbourn, the River Blythe in Warwickshire, the River Churnet and the River Tean.
